2-piece outfit with short dress and Candy Corn hat

Candy Spellcaster is a two-piece outfit designed for a JUNIOR.  Featuring an off-the-shoulder dress, it has a layered, sequin-adorned orange tutu skirt.  Its white bodice has short sleeves and is highlighted with a black corset tied with orange ribbons.  Also included is a pointed "witch-style" hat designed to look like a piece of Candy Corn.
